We guarantee our products against misprints, damages and defects. After you have contacted us we will ask for a photo of the defect before offering an exchange.
Unfortunately we can not provide exchanges or warranties for 'buyers remorse'.
All of our products ordered online are printed on demand after the order is placed which is why we only offer exchanges and do not offer refunds.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
